What began as a removals service has grown, through consistent quality and the trust of our customers, into one of Central Scotland's most recognised and recommended house clearance companies. We didn't grow through advertising. We grew because families told other families.

Operating as a waste carrier in Scotland requires registration with the Scottish Environment Protection Agency (SEPA). This isn't optional — it's a legal requirement, and operating without it is a criminal offence that can also result in fly-tipping charges for the customer.
Ceemac has held full SEPA waste carrier registration since our founding in 2013. Every clearance we carry out is documented and legally compliant. On completion of any clearance, we provide a formal waste transfer note (WTN) — accepted by solicitors, executors, and housing authorities across Scotland.
