Professional, responsible house clearances across Glasgow and the surrounding area. Full or part clearance — we handle everything, so you don't have to.
Whether you're clearing a family home, preparing a property for sale, dealing with a bereavement, or simply reclaiming your space — Ceemac provides a thorough, professional house clearance service you can genuinely rely on.
Since 2013 we have cleared hundreds of Glasgow properties — from tenement flats in the Southside and West End to larger family homes in the suburbs. We know this city, we know its properties, and we know exactly what a proper clearance involves.
Every clearance is managed from start to finish by our experienced team. We provide a written quote, turn up on time, do the work properly, and leave the property clean and ready. No surprises, no hidden costs, no mess left behind.
There is no shortage of people offering house clearance in Glasgow. Vans with handwritten cards in windows, Facebook marketplace posts, and unregistered operators who quote cheap and disappear once the job gets hard.
Ceemac is different. We are a registered business, SEPA certified, fully insured, and with over 13 years of professional experience. We have built our reputation entirely on word-of-mouth — families recommend us to other families because we do the job properly and treat every customer with respect.
No complicated process — just a clear, stress-free service from first call to finished job.
We visit the property, assess the volume of items, and give you a written quote on the spot. No obligation, no pressure.
We work around your schedule. Same-week availability is often possible. You don't need to be present on the day if you'd prefer not to be.
Our team arrives on time, clears everything efficiently, and leaves the property clean and ready. We contact you when complete.
Every job is different, so we always provide a free on-site quote. The guide prices below give you a rough idea of what to expect.
A one or two bedroom flat or house with a typical amount of contents.
Typical family home with full contents — furniture, white goods, and personal effects.
4+ bedroom properties, bungalows with outbuildings, or heavily furnished estates.
Prices are a guide only. Your written quote from Ceemac is always fixed — no surprises on the day. Items sold or donated may reduce your cost.
We cover the full Glasgow area, including all suburbs and surrounding towns.
"Cleared my mother-in-law's three-bedroom house in Bearsden after she moved to a care home. Two lads, professional and hard-working from start to finish. Quoted fairly, stuck to the price, left the place spotless. Already recommended them to two friends."— James K., House Clearance, Bearsden, Glasgow
The cost depends on the size of the property and the volume of items. We always provide a free assessment and a written quote before any work begins — and your quote is your price. No hidden extras on the day. Call 0141 471 6468 to arrange a free visit.
In many cases we can assess and clear a property within the same week. If you have an urgent situation, please call us and we'll do everything we can to accommodate you.
Yes. We clear all property types across Glasgow, including tenement flats, modern apartments, council properties, and private houses of all sizes. We're well-practised with stair access and properties without lifts.
Yes — Ceemac carries full public liability insurance. You're covered from the moment our team sets foot on the property. We are also registered with SEPA (Scottish Environment Protection Agency) as a licensed waste carrier, meaning all waste is removed and disposed of legally and responsibly. We can provide a waste transfer note for legal or probate purposes if required.
Not necessarily. Many of our clients — particularly those dealing with a bereavement or who live some distance away — prefer to hand over a key and let us get on with the job. We are fully insured and trusted to work in properties unsupervised. We'll call or message you when the job is complete.
We sort items as we go. Furniture and household goods in good condition are donated to local Glasgow charities where possible. Items with resale value may be passed to second-hand dealers. Everything else is taken to a licensed waste facility and disposed of legally. As SEPA registered carriers, we provide a waste transfer note if required.
Yes. We regularly clear properties that have been empty for months or even years, including those in a poor state of repair. There is no job too large, too cluttered, or too challenging for our experienced team.
No pressure, no hard sell. Just an honest assessment and a clear price from a company that has been doing this properly since 2013.
